Is the price negotiable?
Yes, the price is negotiable. But the prices we give is based on the cost and it is quite reasonable, we can give discounts, but not much. And the prices also have great relationship with the order quantity and material.
Do you offer OEM service ?
We accept OEM orders for all our production lines, including client’s logos and labels. After many years of exploration and development, we are sure we can meet all your requirements.
Do you offer ODM SERVICE?
Yes, To meet different customers’ needs, usually we reinvest 20% of our annual revenue for new product development. Supported by a team of 15-20 highly-qualified engineers, we design and develop new public molds every season.
Can you supply with a small quantity order ?
We can accept minimum quantity is 100 pc/size, we keep some inventory with complete color ways for cater your diversity needs.
What’s your Sample Policy ?
Offer charged samples according to the clients’ requirements. The samples will be shipped to you after order confirmation (if without any logo). The samples are delivered by couriers with freight collect.
Can you do custom packaging for my product?
Yes, Color box can be printed with your logo and your local language.
What’s the shipment method do you offer?
For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. EMS is our prefer. You can also arrange your forwarder pick the goods from us. We also ship goods via china post for Brazil and Russia customers, it is easy to clear customs. B. For huge order, sea cargo is the best choice.
I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?
It’s no problem if you are a small wholesaler, we would like to grow up with you together.
How Does ShineSun Ensure Respect For The Environment In It’s Production And Business Behavior ?
– ShineSun’s advertising and marketing supports are printed on recycled papers every time it’s possible : bags, tags, brochures, etc. We are looking for a solution to avoid using plastic bags for the package of our t-shirts, but haven’t found yet. We hope to find a solution for this in very near futur.
– We be careful on our waste production, and on the use of paper.
– Cutting down on chemicals as much as possible.
– Work only with suppliers that share our vision of fair and environmentally friendly trade.
